I’m A Poet

Could be the sleep deprivation. Could be the crazy gene waking up. Who knows. I decided to modernize an old poem about unlikely poets.

I’m A Poet
I don’t know it
My Feet show it
They’re Longfellows
And they smell like the Dickens.

….Boyd!

The Chronicles of Kite Flying

Once again I took the kite out, and once again it flew. Damn, it’s fun!

Giving your computer the fingers

I knew that they were making progress with interactive navigation for computers, but this is mesmerizing

Go fly a kite

I don’t think the phrase is used much anymore….but if it picked up circulation again and someone said it to me,”nick, go fly a kite!”

I can now say “o.k.”

Laser from your eyes

Check out this simple, yet highly addictive game called reflections. After an hour or so, you’ll be shooting lasers out of your eye because they will either be from your god like feeling of triumph or demonic rage of frustration.

Stumbling through the internet

Rather then surfing through the internet, lately I’ve been stumbling. It’s a nifty idea of sharing cool sites I’ve come across and sharing like minded topics. Depending on the variety of your topics, you could be stumbling for hours. Plus the list is always growing. All you need to do, is say you like a site, and “viola” it’s added.

End Of Ze World

Saw this on The Hour last night. Who plays this on the air? I guess George does.

update: Jeremy mentioned that this was on google video. Here is an alternative link to Google video

Instructoart

It just makes sense. It’s honest. If only everything was like this.

Advertising In The Rain

Now this is a great remix of “Singin In The Rain“, yet another example of great Volkswagen ads.

Lovin’ It Too Much

Not only do companies have problems with translating things into foreign languages. But now slang is the problem too. Ha Ha, McDonalds! Takes their recent catch phrase “I’m lovin’ it!” to a whole new and disturbing level. Did I say Ha Ha?

Here are a few sites and projects I've helped out with.
